Weekend Art — When the Storm Began
My collage of magazine covers and political cartoons during Trump’s first term — a visual time capsule of outrage, irony, and disbelief.
Sometimes art records more than it intends. I came across this collage I made during Trump’s first term — what we now half-jokingly call “the good ol’ days.” It didn’t feel that way then, of course, but looking back, there’s almost a strange innocence in how shocked we were — as if disbelief itself was still possible.
Until next time — may something unexpected catch your eye.
